About Us

The Southeast Arkansas Community Based Education Center (SEACBEC) is a vocational and technical education facility located in Warren, Arkansas. We operate under the Warren School District and serve high school students in Warren and surrounding school districts, as well as adult learners seeking career and technical education opportunities. SEACBEC plays a vital role in providing accessible, career-oriented education to students and adults in Southeast Arkansas, fostering skill development and supporting the local workforce.
